So, the rate of weight loss has dropped off over the last two months, in step with the work rate. November had one big week (200km) of cycling and not much else. Consistency is the key, so I’m just going to have to coem up with a plan that allows me to do a reasonable amount of each discipline each and every week, not the current week-on/week-off stuff I’ve been doing.
