Pool

Back in the pool after the week off. Felt a little sluggish and the lungs weren’t in great shape. I could feel the effects of going out partying last weekend and smoking again. WIll have to stop doing that. It was a pretty easy session, with only 2400m in total. We finished a little early too, so could probably have got another 400 or so in. I’m going to have to start doing 4 sessions/week to make sure I get over 10km done.
